Joshua is an accredited practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. He completed his internship at the Zhe Jiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) while receiving private tutoring from internationally renowned TCM expert Prof. Wu Bo Ping (World Health Organisation’s Traditional Medicine Co-operation Centre). Joshua’s treatments draw on both traditional and modern Chinese medical techniques, including: acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and practitioner processed herbal powder prescriptions.
An area of special interest is Diet / Food Therapy & Transition. With over ten years experience in both European & traditional Japanese Shojin cookery, Joshua develops individually tailored recipes & therapeutic diet regimens as adjunct therapy to acupuncture or herbal medicine for the treatment of Digestive, Dermatological, and other disorders.
