Mei is a qualified traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. She has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese language and literacy from Beijing University; a Bachelor of applied science degree in Diversional therapy from the University of Sydney; and a Bachelor of science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from University of Technology Sydney. She also had been trained at China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing.

Mei has practiced Chinese Medicine including acupuncture, herbal medicine and remedial massage in Sydney since 2004, Gained wide knowledge from Eastern and Western, she believed that Traditional Chinese Medicine is the best part of Chinese culture and it will integrate with Western medicine to form a new age of medicine.

She put her solid knowledge of ancient Chinese language into Chinese medicine study in order to gain deep understanding of Chinese medicine’s theories, concepts, as well as ancient technics and skills. She applies holistic and preventative approach in treating her patients. In order to achieve the best results as well as reduce patient’s cost, during the treatment she combines a range of technique and skills such as acupuncture, cupping, moxabition, acupressure massage, ear acupuncture, reflexology, herbal medicine etc.
